Summary: To provide IT support in UNDP ITM projects
Responsibilities:
• Daily monitoring of the UNDP global infrastructure network within GNOC
• Collaborating with Country Offices (35) and Service Delivery for troubleshooting and procurement processes
• Housekeeping tasks: remotely updating hosts firmware and doing the inventory of disaster recovery equipment
• Projects: Password Management App proposal for UNDP users (group project), Web application testing using
Selenium Python (individual project)
• Training: Cisco Meraki Workshop, PRINCE2 Foundation
