I guided ATL-Renting nv, a renting company specialized in trucks and trailers, through a significant growth period, implementing both operational and IT strategies for uniformity and optimization of business processes. My holistic approach and attention to the nuances of each department contributed to the overall progress of the company.
In this role, I learned the organization from the inside out and formed the bridge between different departments. My insight into the needs of each department enabled me to effectively guide the organization during its growth.
I took my first professional steps as an SAP HR analyst, where my interest in process optimization and data management was further developed. During this period, I gained in-depth knowledge of the consultancy world and participated in SAP HR projects for renowned companies in Belgium and the Netherlands.
