Since my studies, I have been working at SMALS as a Web-CMS oriented Functional Analyst. SMALS is an IT services non-profit organization working exclusively for the Belgian government. My main responsabilities are all about successfully managing web based projects.
Activities:
- Waterfall project management, with implementation of several Agile (Scrum) concepts
- User stories redaction within JIRA and Confluence
- Configuration of content-types and forms within ElasticMS (SMALS exclusive CMS)
- Web/API development in Twig - Symfony’s PHP template language
- Projects budget and effort estimations - writing of "Project Initiation Documents" (PID)
- UX design & Wireframing
- Leading various workshops and product demonstrations
During my Business Analyst Master's Degree, I worked as a Junior Business & Functional Analyst at Business Systems Integration (BuSI), a consultancy IT services company.
