• As member of the AP (Accounting Payable) team I am fully involved in the SAP FI International projects for the EssilorLuxottica company
• I am involved in a greenfield Master Data Governance project that has the goal to centralize the entire Suppliers and Finance MD management through the implementation of a dedicated system based on SAP Fiori technology with a big bang Go-Live approach
• I analyze the customer As-Is processes and provided new Workflows solutions from scratch
• In the new S/4 HANA solution I customize the Business Partner MD and the Key Mapping towards different target systems (either SAP ECC and S/4 HANA solutions)
• I am committed in the creation of a new release for the OCR system Lucy to automatize the MM passive invoices posting process
• I manage tasks for BBP creation, manuals editing and reviewing, UAT and training for the business users
• I customize and test features for projects aimed to the migration of Essilor’s company codes from Oracle to SAP and Lucy systems in EssilorLuxottica
• As member of Ferrero GAM (Group Application Maintenance) I was fully involved in the Ferrero Group FI projects following the implementation of the new OCR-WF tools (eFLOW) for the passive invoices management for 17 Countries from the Far East to the North America in 8 different rollouts, in order to Improve the registration process by using optical scanning, automatic recognition and the management of the approval process via automated Workflow in SAP
• I have been involved in presales activities in order to estimate the effort needed for different projects both for MM and FI topics.
• I analyzed the customers’ bid documents in order to identify critical items that required further explanations to be discussed during the Q&A session.
• I was referral for new company codes creation and various improvement requests for invoicing cycle, by analyzing the As-Is scenario, identifying the possible system solutions and following the realization phase.
• I have been involved in international projects aimed at integrating the business processes of the merged entities of Whirlpool Corporation and Indesit Company on a new SAP platform (SAP HANA).
• I have been committed in full end-to-end SAP implementation lifecycles systems, analyzing and mapping business processes (Procurement, Master Data Processes and Migration) and working with Business Process Owners, Key/End Users, Business Project Manager to gather functional requirements and with software developers to evaluate alternative implementations.
• I was National and international Referral for customer’s representatives and for system’s end users remotely and onsite around Europe.
• I was committed in general effort estimation (Functional and Technical) and activity/test planning; execution and monitoring, besides of release of training manuals, focused on SAP MM module for Purchasing, Materials Management and Material Requirement Planning.
