• Secure the laptops (900) environment within the Foreign Office
• Secure the devices and the VPN network
• We bought new laptops with security key
• We used windows bitlocker for the encryption
• We gave the laptops to the agents
• We bought device with encryption
• We locked the access to all the laptop
- eTraining AVANTI, 160 dm, project team : 6 persons
• We created the online Training Website
• Within a Team with developing, testing, analyze, and dba, we build a website from scratch.
• We used the Framework 3.0 of the SPF
• We allocated the agent to the training.

- Migration from Windows XP to Windows 7, 200 dm project team : 10 persons
• The laptops (2000) of the Ministry should be upgraded to windows 7 due to security thread
• Federal Public Service Home affairs should be urgently upgraded to windows 7
• Migration every weeks (also in weekend)

- Upgrade of Terminal Server, 45 dm project team : 3 persons
• Change the old Terminal Server and communicate the new politics
• The 2 old Terminal Server is at the end of life. We need to change the Terminal Server. We have also much more needs from the department. We have to put online 5 Terminal Server.

- Management of a Platform with many institutions (absenteisme)

- Inception and Management of Forms in PL/SQL and APEX
