Every Java developer needs a solid technical background to properly perform
his or her duties as a developer. Technologies such as Jakarta EE (JPA, EJB,
JSF, JAX-RS, JAX-WS, etc.) and Spring should not only be part of a Java
Software Engineer’s skill set, but should also be mastered so that real
business can quickly be worked out into a Java solution.
The acADDemICT program for recent graduates has been carefully designed
to ensure that the Java software engineer has the skills that InetumRealdolmen considers necessary to carry out assignments for its clients.
Achieving full-fledged productivity is the primary goal.
The training program lasts at least thirteen weeks and consists of two
main courses. Within each main course a series of technical training
courses will be completed, culminating in a project exercise, bringing the
acquired knowledge in to practice. The results of these projects are
presented in group, with everyone’s performance evaluated individually.
Shortly after completing the thirteen week program, each consultant
takes the Java OCP certification examination.
