Experienced Transformation Manager with more than 10 years within Insurance sector. Used to drive project/program from initiation / strategy alignment to final product with a strong focus on organizational design, change management, Business IT alignment & project / program / portfolio management.
- Change Management stream lead within the transformation office of the transfer of
activities from bpost Bank to BNP Paribas Fortis;
- Build change management plan for more than 3000 employees (from desk employees to
financial specialists);
- Create & carry-out training, communication, support tools related to the change plan delivery;
- Change Performance Indicators creation, implementation & follow-up;
- Set-up, animate & coordinate change ambassador network;
- Coordinate staffing & resources allocation related to change activities.

workflows implementation, operational excellence, Agile transformation;
- Manage stakeholders, steerco & various project ceremonies;
- Build, set-up & organize IT delivery team in a near-shore model;
- Manage & coordinate transversal team in the context of IT implementation or business
transformation (Enterprise Architect, system analyst, Ux, devsecops …);
- Lead team of business & functional analyst, system analyst & developers;
- Lead technology adoption & change management stream;
- Account management, P&L follow-up & resources management (From selection to
onboarding);
- As part of the management team develop products & commercial approach to develop
Insurance practice on Belgian market.
- Scope, initiate, plan & drive transformation projects (Human Resources, Non-Life
insurance, CRM, IT ...);
- Analyze needs, target population, identify/mitigate risks & lead change
management;
- Anticipate, monitor & align stakeholders’ expectations;
- Initiate business development activities & monitor commercial portfolio;
- Contribute to business lines steering as member of the management team.
- Lead Life & Non-Life project/program (E2E Project Manager: resources, planning, budget,
change management);
- Lead merger initiatives linked to Benelux entities integration;
- Initiate, plan & drive operational excellence projects (Underwriting processes, set-up of
collaborating tool for sales & back office, build Key performance indicator & dashboard ...) &
design/adapt operating model;
- Implement regulatory/compliance project (MIFID, FATCA, SIGEDIS, Solvency II ...);
- Analyse life/non-life products portfolio (return, operational costs, cash-flow plan ...);
- Belgian point of contact for local delivery of Allianz group initiatives (Coordination of Belgian
initiatives, planning, process, budget).
- Manage, coach & coordinate projects teams;
- Analyse organization, define strategies & implement related processes (e.g.
transform payment back office to meet SEPA requirements);
- Identify, build & set-up change management journey;
- Implement information systems (Cash Pooling, CRM ...);
- Set-up implementation methods & deployment (Prince 2);
- Merge/integrate teams, business lines ... (e.g. IS department, private banking back office ...).
